WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

All hair orders will ship after the 4-5 business days processing period. Business Days are Monday - Friday(excluding Federal Holidays). For more information regarding our Processing + Shipping  times click here. 

HOW LONG WILL MY HAIR EXTENSIONS LAST? 

With proper Hair Love and maintenance Our Virgin Hair Collection can last for 1+ years. Our Raw Hair Collection can last up to 3 years. Storing your hair in our satin bags or satin lined boxes will retain your hair's moisture and increase its' longevity. 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RAW AND VIRGIN HAIR?

Raw hair comes from One Donor and is free from any chemical or steam processes. The hair is left in its' natural state. Straight,Wavy and Curly are the only textures it comes in. Due to the nature of the hair being unprocessed, slight variations in texture may occur. Raw hair bundles are sisters not twins. An overall uniformed textured look can be achieved using multiple bundles.

Virgin hair can come from one donor or multiple donors. The hair is not chemically processed but does undergo a steam process to achieve its' texture. It comes in Body Wave, Loose/Deep Wave, Curly, Kinky Straight, etc..

Due to the nature of our products, All Sales Are Final. We strongly advise that you thoroughly check the items in your cart before checkout to ensure that you purchase the correct product(s). Exceptions will be made only if you have received the wrong item(s). Please contact us before returning any items.
